David Pepper is the Associate Director of Hospitality Culture of HGEM, the Guest Experience Management experts for the hospitality industry.
David has been in his current position since 2016 and has over 35 years of experience in the hospitality sector, starting his career in the early 1980s.
David has always been passionate about people management and the hospitality sector throughout his career. He has held numerous positions in the industry, such as People Director at La Tasca, for 5 years, Retail Director at Whitbread and is currently, joined with his role at HGEM, Leadership and Culture Director at PeopleFactor.
David commented this on his current position at HGEM - “I care about People! People who work in our company, People who work in our industry, People who visit the 'Hospitality Sector' for a great experience!”
