Researching area of new pub in Chesham

Researching an area where a new site is opening is important to understand the needs of the pub. In this case, Revere Pub Group is opening a pub in Chesham which hasn't got many local influencers, so we had to think more about how we were going to get the word out. We decided on contacting influential people in the area, such as football coaches and golf clubs so it could be organically spread through word of mouth. Below is the first stage of research I did for Revere Pubs.
